Very good service Was at the service around 1:30 for a/c problem. I was told that this takes a while to diagnose. I had to leave it overnight. Bad customer service This service center refused to give me a loaner car and instead asked rudely to take the day off to drop my car even though my car is under warranty a This service center refused to give me a loaner car and instead asked rudely to take the day off to drop my car even though my car is under warranty and has only 19000 miles. The problem was a defected part in the fuel gas tank. The first 2 times I was trying to drop my car, they refused even to run diagnostic because I came around 1.00 PM and they said you have to come earlier which I expressed to them I am working. Then one the guys suggested Saturday even though thry told me before that Saturday only for oil change. So Saturday I went and took them 2 minutes to figure out the problem and now told me come back again during the week but early which I stated few time that I cant . Finally last Friday they're able to fix the problem after a hustle with finding the part. I am so disappointed with Honda. This is my second lease and difently will be the last time I drive a Honda. More
