Ricardo greeted us as soon as we got out of our vehicle. Our intention was to test drive a specific car we had our eye on. Ricardo's professionalism was the reason we left with a brand new car that same day. He wasnt only patient with us but also with our 1yr old daughter who was fussy and pulling on his keyboard. My husband and i did not feel pressure at all and he even wash our car himself as they had no porters available. Also, Omar was great and patient having our daughter there for 4 hours was now crying. He was sufficiently fast. Thank you! More
0 customer service skills and basic service So when I first got there the guy tried to ARGUE with me that my car was fine and didnt need to be serviced, mind you that 1 I had the appointment alr So when I first got there the guy tried to ARGUE with me that my car was fine and didnt need to be serviced, mind you that 1 I had the appointment already 2 I AM the customer and I get to decide when MY car needs service 3 the dashboard gave me the codes that per the manual told me I needed service After that the second gentleman who helped me seemed to be in a mood even though I was very nice to him and he honestly tried to make conversation with him like a decent human being. So I don't expect anyone to treat my car with the same love I treat it, but xxxx it was obvious that no one there cared one bit about my car or my experience. More

Dishonest service Brought in my car which was still covered under the Honda Powertrain warranty because it was making a funny noise when accelerating and emitting a fai Brought in my car which was still covered under the Honda Powertrain warranty because it was making a funny noise when accelerating and emitting a faint burning smell. The representative that worked with me told me that there would be a $130 diagnostic fee, but that it would be waived if the problem was covered under warranty. The technicians found a transmission fluid leak resulting from an improperly torqued sensor. They tightened it and added fluid. This was covered under warranty. The representative said that the smell was coming from the fluid leak, but the noise was coming from a belt tensioner that needed to be replaced that was not covered under warranty. I declined all repair other than the transmission issue which was covered, but they insisted on charging the $130 diagnostic fee even though a warranty covered issue was found. When I got my car back, the noise issue was completely gone. There have been no further issues at all, leading me to believe that the issue was entirely due to the transmission, and we should never have been charged for the diagnostic fee. I also could have wasted $500+ on an unnecessary tensioner replacement. Even if the tensioner did need to be repacked, which it doesn’t, the diagnostic fee still should have been waived because a warranty covered issue was found. This dealership is not trustworthy in my opinion and I will absolutely never be back. More

Days after buying the car, no follow up coming from them, all the initiaves came from me to follow up with them, its hard as if you are begging for the things that you should be getting without getting stressed out from trying so hard to get what is yours, even needed to go to the dealership because of no reply from text and calls not answered, a follow up call or text is very easy 2. I test drove a car and accidentally left my shades inwhich the sales remembered, but when we came to the car is not there anymore, and nobody else test drove the car except for the employee who parked the car, but i know its my fault, just venting More
