Great service I had an issue with my vehicle, was helped out by Chris, and later by Jeff. They provided great customer service. Helped me with my vehicle. If I knew someone who needed help with their car, I would send them to them. However, the same can't be said about a guy named Eddie in the same department. He sent me away 3 different times, stating that my car wouldn't be ready that same day, or making up lies about my car needed additional parts, or that they couldn't service my car that same day. Because of him, what could have been fixed in 3 visits, turned to 7 visits. The part I needed replaced ended up being sent back. This is the type of person who doesn't need to be working there. If he's done it to me, guaranteed he's done it to others. More
