I had a great experience when I went in last week, but I felt the communication was off this time. I dropped my car off around 9am and checked in via text twice at 12 pm and 1 pm, but didn't get a response, felt the communication was off this time. He thought it should be ready in an hour and a half, so I took another Lyft home. At 4 pm I checked in again via text, because I got no word at 3 pm, and he said to come at 5 pm and the car would be ready. I got there at about 5:04 pm and they were closing down for the night and I was rushed through paying for the service, but wasn't able to ask any questions about my paperwork, of which I had a few.
