Burning smell I have been smelling something burning and decided to call Honda, I spoke to John Gamboa in sales and Jeff in service, it appears there was a plastic I have been smelling something burning and decided to call Honda, I spoke to John Gamboa in sales and Jeff in service, it appears there was a plastic bag stuck under the vehicle, they removed & cleaned it, they also took care of the recalls and adjusted my tire pressures w/o me asking. Took too long for a simple battery swap under warranty. Everyone was friendly and professional. However, I felt that waiting almost 2 hours for a battery swap that was under warranty was excessive. In fact, Everyone was friendly and professional. However, I felt that waiting almost 2 hours for a battery swap that was under warranty was excessive. In fact, they finished and brought out my car 15-20 minutes before they even told me it was completed. In other words, the car was sitting there waiting for 15-20 min ready to go. I had no other service except to take out a dead battery and replace it with a new one that is normally done in a fraction of the time at other places. Even AAA can send a truck over and be quicker. More
