Every few years I forget how inept this dealership is, and decide to give them another try. This time went to look for a CPO 3-Series. Prices are thousands higher than dealerships in NJ, and they lie li and decide to give them another try. This time went to look for a CPO 3-Series. Prices are thousands higher than dealerships in NJ, and they lie lie lie to you without giving it a second thought. The salesman lied to me about 5 times within the span of a 45 minute visit. He actually tried to sell me a car for MORE than it was listed for online. He told me that the dealer admin fees were regulated by the state (they're not). He told me the financing program ended "today" (it didn't). He lied about options on the car. I'm not going to mention his name. His desk was near the front. I finally found a great car at a top-rated dealership (JMK BMW in NJ) for a great price, and they didn't lie to me even once. Too bad I had to drive 100 miles to find a BMW dealer worthy of my business. I just tried to call the Service department at New Country and the phone just rings and rings and rings. I wonder if they will EVER get their act together. Really sad. More
My husband and I went to Lexus, Mercedes, Audi, Infinity and several other dealerships test driving cars to see which car handled the best. I am happy we saved the "Best" for last...the BMW handled and dro and several other dealerships test driving cars to see which car handled the best. I am happy we saved the "Best" for last...the BMW handled and drove like a car and less like an SUV. Has a lot of pep as well. After dealing with so many different dealerships and sales representative, BMW's Steven Rothman was by far the best. He made the experience truly wonderful. He was professional and sincere. We had been turned off by several of the other dealerships just on the way the sales rep acted. I felt like most of them go to a course and follow a script which made us uneasy. Steven also took a great deal of his time going over the SUV with us when we picked it up. He was so good that after several hours of going over the inside of the car (gadgets), our eleven year old who was with us was STILL engaged as much as we were on listening to the many great features of the car. I would highly recommend this dealership and Mr. Rothman as well. More

The service is terrible, all the service advisor were not friendly. Instead of welcoming they ignored me and instead of asking how can I be help they walk away. The told me one thing on the phone when I call friendly. Instead of welcoming they ignored me and instead of asking how can I be help they walk away. If the owner of manager sees this comment, please trained your employees how to approach a customer, how to provide excellent service . They are unprofessional and they don't know how to provide excellent customer service. More
Great place to shop for a new or used car. Staff was very welcoming. Everyone I encountered at the dealership was very helpful. Our sales advisor, Murray Mendro, was the reason we went with this dealership and why we chose BMW. It was our good fortune to meet him on our first visit there and we quickly decided we would stick with hi with this dealership and why we chose BMW.
