You should never have to get a sales person found from the break room when no customers are there. I was told two different things about newtons limited life time warranty, I was never shown the paperwork the break room when no customers are there. We had to wait for the financing guy to finish his lunch, my wife and I were also hungry and wanted to leave to go get lunch but was told numerous times that he was about ready for us. Lisa was in a hurry to get the deal done before 4pm because that’s when she leaves. She did nothing to make this faster. The truck never went to detail or got fuel. The truck was supposed to be ready for pickup in the morning and surprise it wasn’t, I waited 30 minutes for her to fuel it. More
