I also told him how displeased I was on my last purchase with the finance department submitting my application to several financial institutes and how it caused my credit history to take a hit. This time I made it clear that I was only dealing with Ford Motor Credit and didn't want any other company to receive a request. I'm pleased to say they listened this time. More
