Dan was really good to work with and was knowledgeable about the Murano we were looking at. He spent a lot of time with myself and fiancé even after the sale! This definitely helped her get comfortable with the car and the features. We had a late night at the dealership on the evening of the sale but we didn't feel rushed and everyone seemed fine with putting in the extra hours to work with us. All the guys we worked with seemed very genuine and made the buying experience pleasurable. So far the experience with Newton Nissan has been very refreshing considering I've dealt with a lot of other places & people that just don't get the sales/service concept of treating the customers respectfully. Found the car I wanted for a price that was hard to pass up. I was very anxious about being pressured to spend more money than I had budgeted for. But at the beginning I was asked what I was looking for and what was important to me. I had looked at Altimas at car smart and priced one to two year old cars on average at $15,900. I was looking for a car with a warranty and not a lot of gadgets or frills. Just dependability. Thanks to Donnie at Newton Nissan I left with a new Altima for basically what the used ones were selling for. And I opted to buy the extended warranty also. So I fully expect to be driving my Altima at least 10- 15 years. Thanks to all the people I came in contact with to make this experience easy and uncomplicated. I don't remember the name of the finance manager that explained all the warranty options and payment plans but he was very easy to work with. So thank you also. More
