We have pretty specific parameters and price range that we were looking for Stopped by Newton Nissan to see what they had on their lot for used cars. We have pretty specific parameters and price range that we were looking for. Jason looked at the inventory and showed us what was there, but didn't match what we were looking for. Jason kept an eye out for any cars coming in on a trade that we might be interested in and called us when he found one. It was nice not having to stop back everyday. We had stopped at other dealerships that same day, but Jason at Newton was the only one that followed up to see if we had found a car and to keep us informed of new trade in's that had come in since our visit. When we were at the dealership, everyone was very helpful and friendly, but not pushy. The service was great and after a test drive we felt that it was a great little car that would work perfect for our college student. Worked with Bruce Moss for the payment side. He was great to work with. Friendly and efficient, getting us on the road quickly. This was a great experience and we would definitely recommend Newton Nissan and Jason to anyone looking for a car. I was greater with a great smile and handshake from Greg Squires, a Sales Associate. I was impressed with his manners and for a young man, his thorough knowledge of his product line. I choose a new 2014 Altima which was sitting on the Showroom floor. The purchase, finance, delivery and introduction of my Service Team was flawless! I would recommend Greg and Newton Nissan to anyone! A true buying experience!!! More

Versa purchase from Newton of Nissan The three sales men I worked with were kind, informative, understanding, and tried to get me the deal I needed as soon as possible with out all the lo The three sales men I worked with were kind, informative, understanding, and tried to get me the deal I needed as soon as possible with out all the long haggling other dealers try to do. Although I do not believe I ended up with the best deal as they told me I had. I had 2 different discounts to use from two different entities, and I asked they to use the one that would give me the most discount. (That would have been my AAA discount.) I believe they used the lower one. I may be reading my paper work wrong, but I think if they had used AAA I may have saved $400 more. The guys were still great to work with and they did try to get the deal done as quickly as possible with out much haggling. More

Service like the old days When I entered the sales lot I was greeted almost immediately. The salesman I had spoken to on the telephone was Moses Dumas. He was with another cu When I entered the sales lot I was greeted almost immediately. The salesman I had spoken to on the telephone was Moses Dumas. He was with another customer. Until he was available another salesman stayed with me. Not in a hovering way, but in a friendly way. He asked me what I was looking for and quickly brought one to me and said "If you like, you can sit in the car and see if this is what you had in mind". Then he proceeded to tell me about Moses and what a fine man he is and how he had helped him as a fairly new employee. Moses was quickly available. He and I got along like we had known each other for years. He stayed by my side through the whole decision process and he even gave me his cell phone number. I didn't know if I would qualify for a loan, but since I had a portion of my tax return to put down I thought I would give it a try. I told him about my down payment and trade-in, and how much I could afford for the monthly payment. Not only did he find me a "2013 Versa" which gets 40 miles to the gallon (in town) but, he got it for the monthly payment I could afford. Bruce in the Finance Dept. got the loan for me at very low interest rate. The next day after I signed papers to buy the Versa, another gentleman from the finance dept. called. He and Bruce had found a way to get me an even lower interest rate. As you can imagine, I was delighted! In the beginning of this review I said that this was service like the old days but, it may be even better! Give them a chance and I really believe you'll thank me. Lonna Pleasant More
