Went to test drive car advertised on TV. Then was high pressured into test driving two different vehicles. Went in and told them exactly what I could pay. Finally agreed on car and terms. They asked if they could run credit history and I agreed if my terms could be accepted. They agreed, ran my credit then changed their mind about price. They got pissy when I did not agree to the NEW terms AFTER they ran my credit. Oh yeah, they ran it to about 7 different companies. All accepted me but they wanted more $$$... A sad way to conduct business. More

I have not had an honest person yet to sell me a car. Danny Cutrell at Newton Nissan is the first honest person I have ever had. He has won my business and all my future business. What a 6 week nightmare!! Trying to buy a car from the city I grew up in and the county which I reside. *2 tickets from 2 different cities about tags. *Was promised by GSM the car would be detailed city I grew up in and the county which I reside. *2 tickets from 2 different cities about tags. *Was promised by GSM the car would be detailed 3 times. * Paint and windshield cracked issues. * Promises, Promises, Promises.....EMPTY! * I had to jump up and down to get ANYthing done. * GSM (Mike) gave my number out to other employees and sent me to other employees because he didn't want to deal with me anymore. * Salesman (Jerry) was never on the property when promised. * Salesman (Jerry) is very disrespectful and has a temper. * So many issues. Well...it was a slow start. No salesman for @ 10 minutes. While I enjoyed looking around the lot, unencumbered by well meaning staff, it was a bit surprising, to say the least.
