I thoroughly appreciate the fact that Tim Clark listened, paid attention, and provided what I was looking for in a vehicle verses trying to just sell a car. Newton Nissan was the 4th dealership we had been t paid attention, and provided what I was looking for in a vehicle verses trying to just sell a car. Newton Nissan was the 4th dealership we had been to. All of the other dealerships we had went to, they were more interested in just trying to sell me a car verses actually helping me find what I was looking for. Instead of just saying, they don't have that, they waisted my time by trying so hard to put me in what they had. Tim listened to my request, understood my financial situation and truly found the right fit for me. He was not pushy which was great. I felt like I was a persona not just another car deal. That's hard to find these days. Car buying can be very hard and scary/nerve wracking. Car buying is also a big deal and very big decision. My parents were with me and referred me to there due to a good experience they also had previously. I will gladly refer others to Tim. More
After searching countless hours over the internet for a weekend get away vehicle I narrowed my search down to just a couple of dealerships. The first I won't mention by name, but the experience was an utte weekend get away vehicle I narrowed my search down to just a couple of dealerships. The first I won't mention by name, but the experience was an utter nightmare. Poor customer service, and a terrible attitude toward selling a car, new or used. Then I stumbled upon a nearly new vehicle I liked at Newton Nissan, and being some 400 miles away I didn't know what to expect as far as the true condition of the car or the reception and deal I would get if I chose to venture down to Nashville from Ohio. Mind you, there are plenty of car dealers within a reasonable distance, but with this deal it was all about the car...... After numerous emails and phone calls requesting additional photos, information, doing a little haggling and honestly just trying to get a general feel for the person I was dealing with, I decided to put money down on the car and made arrangements to fly to Nashville. Kyle Bolton, the sales rep I had been corresponding with, picked me up at the airport (on time) and drove me to the dealership. It was all of a thirty minute ride, but actually a very pleasant one. Kyle is a very personable young man and really easy to talk to. Once at the dealership I was shown around, introduced to several people, not all of whom I remember by name, but all were very courteous and friendly. After the pleasantries were out of the way, we got down to the business of looking the car over and taking it for a test drive. Everything went well, actually quite a bit better than what I expected. There was one small issue with the car, but it was worked out within minutes with what I took to be several very genuine apologies by Kyle and his Sales Manager. The next step, which normally is the most painful one in the process of purchasing a vehicle, was to sit down with the financial guy. For me, the financial guy turned out to be Bruce Moss. Honestly the only thing I didn't like about Bruce was that he was originally from Michigan, home of the "Team up North" (GO BUCKEYES!!), but once we got beyond that, and I realized he actually was a very, very nice person and not a bad guy at all! I know this all may sound a little "hokey" but honestly, this was on of the few times that I recall spending money (I'm frugal) and actually enjoying the experience. I tip my hat to Mr. Newton for assembling a staff that really makes the customer feel welcomed and appreciated from start to finish when buying a car. Believe me, it's not like that everywhere, and because of that I would definitely consider Newton Nissan for future purchases as well. It was well worth the drive! And, special thanks to Kyle (he even packed me snacks and water for my drive back to Ohio) job well done! More
I gave the rating of 5 because I felt that the salesman Kevin and the dealership were very informative and reasonable. I would recommend them to all my friends. Kevin and the dealership were very informative and reasonable. I would recommend them to all my friends. More

Went to test drive car advertised on TV. Then was high pressured into test driving two different vehicles. Went in and told them exactly what I could pay. Finally agreed on car and terms. They asked if th pressured into test driving two different vehicles. Went in and told them exactly what I could pay. Finally agreed on car and terms. They asked if they could run credit history and I agreed if my terms could be accepted. They agreed, ran my credit then changed their mind about price. They got pissy when I did not agree to the NEW terms AFTER they ran my credit. Oh yeah, they ran it to about 7 different companies. All accepted me but they wanted more $$$... A sad way to conduct business. More

He was as professional as could be considering we took up to drive 2 muranos-which we were interested in. This was completed and sale went smooth. He was as professional as could be considering we took up almost 4 hrs. of his time. Price was reasonable and trade fair. More
