Alex was very helpful and worked with us on a price we agreed on. Alex also called me to see if everything was going good and said to call if there was anything needed. I would visit again. We were looking for a truck to replace our sedan and after much research online and a visit to another Nissan dealership in Nashville, we decided to drive out to Gallatin. This proved to be a wonderful after much research online and a visit to another Nissan dealership in Nashville, we decided to drive out to Gallatin. This proved to be a wonderful decision and a purchase of a new Nissan Frontier. The sales process was fair, easy and the price was in line with what we had researched. We also qualified for the Nissan rebate. We would also recommend the Finance team, as Bruce was friendly, time-conscious and helpful in making our optional package purchase. Glad we drove out! I called Greg during my car search process, I had only browsed the web and talked to friends. He was very nice and was willing to give me his email and phone right away to answer any questions I had. Afte browsed the web and talked to friends. He was very nice and was willing to give me his email and phone right away to answer any questions I had. After a few weeks of research I finally decieded the Rogue was for me. I actually just showed up one Saturday to Newton and asked for Greg. Fortunatly he was able to see me after finishing up with another customer (who could very well have had an appointment which I again, did not). He let us test drive what we wanted and was very knowledgable about the special feautres and differences in "bells and whistles" between the models of the Rogue. We chose to buy new and Greg had great things to say about Nissans ability to hold their value which is so great. We signed the papers and bought the car that day. So far so good, also I get my first oil change for free! Thanks Newton Nissan and Greg for your knowledge and help! -Kelly O. More

I went to a lot of dealerships searching for a replacement for my totaled car. Newton was by far the best in every aspect. So good that I went back two weeks later and traded my wife's car for replacement for my totaled car. Newton was by far the best in every aspect. I researched a vehicle purchase for about two weeks and had my financing in place before I stepped foot onto the car lot. I inquired about a 2013 Nissan Versa and got a reply from Margaret. When I got to t had my financing in place before I stepped foot onto the car lot. I inquired about a 2013 Nissan Versa and got a reply from Margaret. When I got to the dealership, Margaret greeted me and promptly retrieved the car I was interested in. Unfortunately, the car was misrepresented online by way of the transmission type (typo, of sorts). I wanted to get out of my manual transmission, and the online "ad" said the car was an automatic. No problem! Margaret found a comparable Versa with the AT, and we took it for a spin. I wasn't terribly impressed with it, so when we got back to the dealership, she inquired as to what I was looking for (car, price, payment) so she'd have some parameters on the type of cars she could offer me. She introduced me to a 2012 Nissan Sentra with 32K miles. We checked it over and took it for a spin. I really liked the feel, size and look of the car. When we got back, we talked numbers. She got the sale price of the car and the offer on my trade-in from the GM. The paper she showed me was plainly laid out and very easy to understand. Although I already a great deal on financing from my bank in hand, she offered to try to get me a better deal. While they were running my credit, I took a gander at the KBB site to see the value of the Sentra. I showed what I found to Margaret and she, in turn, showed it to the GM. She then returned with a better offer that matched the KBB. They gave me a better-than-KBB offer on my trade-in, on which I was upside-down even though it was still in good condition and ran great (No problems with the Saturn Ion I had, BTW). And then, they got me and even better finance rate with OHCU than I had from BOA. It came with a requirement that I have an extended warranty of sorts, but it was OK with me. Instead of just a powertrain warranty on this Certified Sentra for 100,000 miles and losing my bumper-to-bumper warranty expiring in 4,000 miles, the entire bumper-to-bumper would be extended to 100,000 miles. I got the car at a good price at the length I wanted and at an APR better than I already had in hand. I got to meet Bruce Moss to get my finance paperwork signed. He's so ridiculously stuck up... (kidding, I just know he'll probably see this...he's really a very nice guy and very personable). He went through all the paperwork and any time I had a question or wanted to see my offer page again to compare the agreed-upon offer so I could be sure everything matched up, he obliged. He explained everything and made sure I understood all the charges, answering all my questions. I was very pleased with the process. I have bought cars in the past by myself, and I have been taken advantage of. I can say that the key to getting a good deal that suits you is to do your research, know your budget and stick to your guns. I am a single mother, and I do things independently. I don't think a woman has to have a man with her to avoid being taken advantage of; I think you have to come prepared. I brought my folder with print outs of everything and my consumer reports book, just in case. It makes the process a little easier, and I believe it lets people know that you're not a sucker. Regardless of what anyone thinks about the deal I got, I'm happy with it, it suits me, and I WILL be back to Newton Nissan for future car purchases. Thanks, Guys and Gals!! More
