Before i went to this dealership,the one in clarksville tn which is, MATHEWS NISSAN OF CLARKSVILLE,left a very very bad taste in my mouth concerning dealerships about a year ago.this time i was prepared fo tn which is, MATHEWS NISSAN OF CLARKSVILLE,left a very very bad taste in my mouth concerning dealerships about a year ago.this time i was prepared for the same bs not knowing what an outstanding job and friendliness of everyone there i was about to encounter.the customer service,honesty,and the help i received was the best experience in buying a vehicle in my 47 years of buying a vehicle i cannot even begin to describe how great the people are at NEWTON NISSAN in gallatin tn.service was so great,i had chills going over me.i didnt think there were salesmen no where in the world like these people.they made me feel like family and helped me in every way possible a person could be helped in buying a vehicle.Brandon Parsons was the first person to contact me by phone after i had visited newton nissans online site. it was because of him,i found exactly what i wanted and am extremely pleased with the vehicle i bought.mr Parsons made sure on my test drive to stop and get out and have me look at the vehicle when we were away from the dealership because we all know the vehicle will look different then.he was the one suggested i do this and imo,this was a very professional representative during my test drive for the company and the vehicle i was test driving which was a 2012 nissan frontier sv v6.Thanks Brandon !! :-) The next step of the paper work process was being done by Mr Rob King.this man was the best i have ever seen or heard of in this dept.the outstanding help i received from this man with finance just absolutely blew me away. i could not believe all the positive things this man was doing for me with finance without me asking for any of it.sure,he could have just hurried the process and not cared.but OMG this man really really hooked me up and made sure i knew of all the things that could only help me down the road with the vehicle such as roadside assist,maintenance ect.Thank you sir !! i never forget nice people and especially the ones who go out of there way to help their customers. i also cannot go without mentioning mr Bruce Moss.this man also was extremely friendly and made sure i knew of all the things that would help me in my ownership of the vehicle and things i never knew existed that nissan has to offer with the vehicle i purchased. i was introduced to the service dept and they were also extremely helpful and friendly and i will not hesitate to let them service my vehicle.Newton Nissan of gallatin makes ALL other dealerships look like complete amateurs and i'm not blowing smoke up any ones behind.i tell it like i experience, no bs. so in closing,i HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Newton Nissan of gallatin tn for an experience you will have to see to believe.thanks to this car dealership,my faith is renewed. :-) You people ROCK !!! sincerely and best regards, Kenny Arledge More

I stopped in to ask about a 2012 Camaro SS used that was on the lot, I had been there and bought my truck about 14 months prior. Randy was my salesman on both my truck and my Camaro (named bumble bee by my on the lot, I had been there and bought my truck about 14 months prior. Randy was my salesman on both my truck and my Camaro (named bumble bee by my daughter) on both occasions Randy was such a huge help and was so very friendly to me and my family. I was so impressed at the pricing, they were not trying to make a month of sales on one vehicle, the people all the way from the receptionist to sales to financing was so easy and friendly to work with. Randy really impressed me with his ability to work with my trade in, we were a little off on the numbers initially and he worked with the trade value of my truck and actually got me more that I expected. The first sale I did with Randy was a 07 Colorado and we had to work a lot on the phone as I had training in gallatin and could only stop by the lot for 5 to 10 mins at the time. I told Randy how much I could pay and what I wanted my monthly payment to be and he got me 60$ under what I asked!!! The second is the Camaro and he did it again, there was no pressure and before we signed he asked to make sure that is what I wanted to do budget wise and make sure I was not over extending my self. The finance man Anthony came up and shook my hand and we had such a easy time talking with him and he explained everything to me in detail and I can say he was very nice and he really went to work to keep me away from one certain finance company cause of past problems with the company and found my financing locally and with a great rate and many options for payment. I also had spoken with Mike's ( I don't dare try and spell his last name, he is the overall manager for the Newton family) assistant Kelsey Morgan who was very positive and very nice she actually made me a little gift bag for my daughter (who is 5) she was more than a big part of this deal and I cant say enough for the kindness of the staff. I truly say I dont ever plan on getting rid of my Camaro but I will see them for all my future vehicles. I am a very satisfied customer for Life the Newton family has chose all the right people for this dealership. More
