A light during these troubling times! Hi, Our family lives in Mount Juliet, TN and on March 3rd, our beloved school Donelson Christian Academy (DCA) was demolished during the Nashville to Hi, Our family lives in Mount Juliet, TN and on March 3rd, our beloved school Donelson Christian Academy (DCA) was demolished during the Nashville tornado. At this same time, all of the seniors were on their senior trip and were away from the school- thank goodness. However, some of the seniors left their cars in the parking lot for the week. My son's car was one of them. This was his first ever car, one that we purchased in June 2018 prior to his starting his Junior year from Newton Nissan. Seth had worked to save up a downpayment for this car, which made it even more special- He LOVED his 2013 red Nissan Altima. I had to make a call to him while on his trip to let him know that along with DCA, his car was also "totaled" in the storm, which was not a fun call. Fast forward a few weeks and now COVID has hit, and instead of going back to a location secured by DCA to host the students, they are at home taking classes virtually. His prom, senior breakfast, drama/choir banquet, musical and even graduation are all on hold at this time, which is difficult to handle along with loosing his car. So, I reached out to Newton Nissan, and my sales rep who I had previously purchased Seth's car, and my SUV's to see what they could work out to get Seth into another car. Nick, Chris and the entire sales /finance management team went to work and were able to get Seth into a 2020 Versa, which offered a light of hope, while also putting a smile back on his face during these challenging times.
