The first person to greet me and would handle this sale was Brennan: fantastic young man with a great future ahead of him; this young man has a wealth of product knowledge unlike anyone I've seen before - no pressure, laid back but professional to the Nth degree.....I could have asked for none better to assist me with this transaction. The next personal interaction was with Bruce: he too has a welcoming personality. Brian then entered the picture and this is the guy that possesses the humor, who lightens the mood and makes you feel at ease. Now, when I met Randy, I felt as though this was the guy who was making all the others get it together: someone you knew had made his way throughout the business for many years. Last but not lease, Alex: his desk was like something out of a military special ops movie - wireless pens to sign documents and flip upside down and back.....all with the touch of one of those wireless pens; it. was. sic! This team got me the vehicle I NEEDED, along with the payment/interest rate off the chain, and saw that I was ALWAYS comfortable. They took the time to haggle with the financing until WE were satisfied. This is what a hometown dealership is all about.....looking out for your neighbor, treating them as you would want to be, and making them feel comfortable during the process. As I've gotten older, I've found I prefer to spend my money in the area in which I live....I'm glad there are businesses that still believe in hometown values and looking out for their neighbors - why I'm glad I dealt with Newton Nissan.
