Customer service at its best My husband and I recently purchase a certified pre-owned pathfinder from Dave Holle at Newton. We had previously gone to a different dealership where we decided not to spend our money. The salesman that helped us was very pushy as well as the manager. They wanted our money and they didn't care if they insulted us in the process. When I spoke with Dave on the phone, he promised me that would not happen at Newton Nissan. He took excellent care of us, exceeded our expectations and turned buying a new car into an enjoyable experience. He even babysat my children while we signed papers. He must have made a great first impression with them to, as my son now calls him "Uncle Dave". Thanks again for a fantastic experience. We will definitely recommend you to all of our friends. He made it happen!! A price of the rogue we wanted was mismarked online, so another sales man tried to get them to honor it but the sales manager wouldn't. We called after being there Saturday and JT helped us make it happen and get the team to honor the Internet price. We drove from east Nashville that night and he had it cleaned and ready for us!!! The entire time we did the paper work was a pleasure; JT was so friendly and easy to talk to. The finance part was also easy and JT also took the time to show us every little inch of our new car. Just ok I bought a used vehicle. The process was quick and easy. The car was new to the lot and had not been detailed yet. I was told that if I purchased the I bought a used vehicle. The process was quick and easy. The car was new to the lot and had not been detailed yet. I was told that if I purchased the vehicle they would push it through to be detailed sooner than later. I brought it in to be done and they basically just wiped it off. There was grass on the floor and nasty cup holders. It was not by definition detailed. I took it back after inspecting it and was told to bring it two days later to be done and it would take a full day. More
