He made the process of our out of state purchase of a 2007 Cadillac DTS very easy; he answered all of our questions, and took pictures not only of the car, but of the battery, tires, etc. We didn't think of everything at one time, so this took several phone calls, and he was very knowledgeable, friendly, and gracious through the whole process. When we arrived at the dealership to pick up the car, he spent a lot of time going over the car and its features, even programming the navigation for my husband. As recently as today, he has continued to assist with an extended warranty question as well as being able to find documentation on the navigation system for us. We truly appreciate you Derrick, and your dedication to your customers.
