My only issue with Newton, and it’s really true of any dealer, is that there’s always some “scheduled maintenance” beyond what I came in for with me. I always come to Newton Nissan for routine maintenance on my car. I find it convenient that an appointment isn’t necessary, and they still have my car done in a timely manner. The service department doesn’t my car. I find it convenient that an appointment isn’t necessary, and they still have my car done in a timely manner. The service department doesn’t try to push unnecessary services and helps to make sure I get the best deal. Everyone is friendly and professional, and the service dept checks in if any issues are found and after the maintenance is completed, just to go over the details. I live about 40 minutes away and will gladly make the drive any time my car needs to be serviced, because their customer service is phenomenal. More
