I have probably purchased over 20+ vehicles in my time. Chevrolet, Buick, Cadillac, Infinity and 3 New Honda gold wings. My salesman Roy is the first ever to spend an over and above time on how to use, de Chevrolet, Buick, Cadillac, Infinity and 3 New Honda gold wings. My salesman Roy is the first ever to spend an over and above time on how to use, demonstrate and show us a true love in the vehicle he is selling. Very pleasant to deal with and if any manufacturer ever comes out with a better model of transportation, I will probably have to go back to Roy and purchase the best he has to offer for us. It was a pleasure to work with Lance Snodgrass. Very refreshing to see a salesperson who just tells you things about the car and doesn’t do all the high pressure sales crap. I held off buying the car for over a year as I didn’t want to go through the car buying process. The two finance guys were also non-pressure. Car sales process needs to change, Niello seems to have made that change. More
