Only complaint was financing, Mike called over 8x and emailed me numerous x as the financing was originally done incorrectly. I informed him that CarMax made a 20-minute delay in buying my car, and the emailed me numerous x as the financing was originally done incorrectly. I informed him that CarMax made a 20-minute delay in buying my car, and then gave me a $50 gift card for my time spent waiting. Nothing was offered for my time spent resigning and rereading the financing. Which took much longer and was annoying. I mentioned the gift card to Mike, the great customer service at Carmax and have not received any kind of gesture for my inconvenience. Gary was excellent, and so was my salesman, I would go back, and I will refer friends to them. More
