My sales associate Carlos was great, but beyond this, it’s literally the worst car purchasing experience of my life. I’m out of state, paid cash, and shipped the car. Carlos was great at working long dis it’s literally the worst car purchasing experience of my life. I’m out of state, paid cash, and shipped the car. Carlos was great at working long distance. I flew down and made the purchase but I still don’t have my title four weeks later. I’ve had to go to my DOL 6 times to try to resolve and they can’t do anything until it goes in the system. The closing staff is a disaster and offer platitudes like, “you’re at the front of the line”, every time I follow up (I shouldn’t have to follow up). I’d recommend you stay away from this dealer.
