The car was great and I was treated _very_ well until the purchase was made. Getting them to follow up and satisfy smaller items that had been agreed upon as part of the sale, things that were important to m purchase was made. Getting them to follow up and satisfy smaller items that had been agreed upon as part of the sale, things that were important to me, like getting an extra key, having minor cosmetic repairs handled, getting a new manual...it became _so_ stressful and it was clear that there was never any intent to handle these items. I had to call, text, follow up, and basically stand up for myself so many times it was incredible; I had thought Niello had a better reputation. Many of these things simply would not have been taken care of had I not pushed and pushed. So disheartening, and tiring. Multiple times one gentleman actually showed up at my house without prior agreement to have things signed. It was awkward and off-putting. One time I actually had to send him away as we were unavailable for company, and he was clearly put off. I still love my car after having fought tooth and nail to have things handled, but at as a single mom handling this whole process on my own, I can say that the experience was very negative and I will never shop with them again. Nijah was the only person who, in the end, even offered an apology for the trouble. More
