We have worked with Niello BMW Elk Grove for a number of years now. After purchasing three vehicles from them, we brought my in-laws into the dealership to look at an X3 and/or a 530i. We only planned on years now. After purchasing three vehicles from them, we brought my in-laws into the dealership to look at an X3 and/or a 530i. We only planned on test driving, but once Mike and Q realized a new 530i had just arrived at the dealership, the process began. Q Gregory and Mike De La Pena have great, fun personalities, which made the purchase process fairly painless. I would recommend Q and Mike when considering a purchase from Elk Grove BMW. More

I found the whole process to be seamless from the onset! I phoned the dealership late in the evening and in distress after my first ever bmw breakdown on the roadway . An associate at the service dept info I phoned the dealership late in the evening and in distress after my first ever bmw breakdown on the roadway . An associate at the service dept informed me that service was closing shortly. I had a quick assessment to make so I decided I needed to look for a new car since I was from out of town and a loaner was unavailable for several weeks. Michael waied for me to arrive and had three potential replacements waiting as I arrived with my brokedown veh in tow. Several short minutes later we had made a deal on a trade. What a blessing! My wife loves her new X3 and is getting familiar with the tech and operation of her powerful BMW X3.Thanks to everyone at Niello that made this day turn out great for us! Thanks BMW Group. More
