Jacob was helpful in trying to get our car repaired and provided needed information on service prior to a long road trip. Since our car is only 7 years old, I'm surprised that the company is not following through on obtaining the required part. More

You know you pay the extra nickel, but it’s always worth it when you go. There had a little bit of an issue with a rattle come to find out.
