Deceptive I am not the type to leave negative reviews. However, my experience with sales manager Brian was so negative I feel the need to warn others. He was deceptive and only cared about making a sale, not about doing it in an upfront or honest way. He tried to make us think he was going to include new upgraded wheels free of charge so that we would buy a car we didn't really want, when in reality he was actually charging us 4K for them. He would not show us the breakdown of pricing because he was trying to sneak in the fact that he was charging us 4K for the wheels without us knowing. The pricing wasn't adding up and we asked for a clear breakdown and Brian would not do it. We said we needed to sleep on it before buying because something was not feeling right. The following day my husband went back to the dealership and was told by another sales person that Brian was charging us for the wheels and that she would have done things differently and been up front about the cost. My husband actually received a call from Nimnicht management apologizing because Brian tried to, in their words, 'bamboozle us.' We appreciate their apology but want to make sure people are aware of his deceptive sales tactics. Extremely negative experience. More
