I just had my elderly mother leave this place where they lied to her and me over the phone as they walked us step by step through a loan, they never did, instead did their own, at a rate that they lied abou lied to her and me over the phone as they walked us step by step through a loan, they never did, instead did their own, at a rate that they lied about, and gave a different vehicle vin with 7000 miles on it! Get this that was in an accident!!! Bait and switch! Valued 11000 less than what they charged. And surprise surprise they didn't want to inconvenience her by allowing her to go back home and get her financial information for the loan process so they did that without seeing it! Because they were worried if she left that spot their plan would be foiled. Charged brand new price and my mother had vin and picture printed of different vehicle, gave a different one though than what she wanted and gave us description 11miles advertised car and lied about miles on all the paperwork too. Apparently, we drove around the block and it equaled 7000+ miles getting home. All around corruption! I am just so angry that they tried to fast-talk and abuse an elderly woman! I am worried about our community safety! It's criminal. This is a criminal's haven. My mother is a certified buyer who wishes she had people with morals and standards representing this dealership. I hope that Camilo gets deported with the other criminals. After we got a news station involved surprise the manger suddenly was able to switch the vehicle and the miles listed on all paperwork 24 and on the vehicle 240 and the padding in the door missing! At least its not 11,000 $ less in value from an accident and they put it to a capital one one. Now if they actually pay off the trade as specified we are only out days of anguish pain and upset! If you are elderly or if you cannot deal with a sea of lies and just want an upfront dealer stay away! They got commission either way tell me what reason did they do this? More
