Best experience ever! My sales Rep Keith Pittman was awesome. We were looking for a vehicle at several dealerships, Keith brought the sale home. He was great! I went in to see Lasheena on 12/01/21 and purchased a 2022 Chevrolet Traverse. I was told that my truck would be delivered by the 15th after I had already signed off on the paperwork. I figured time woul 2022 Chevrolet Traverse. I was told that my truck would be delivered by the 15th after I had already signed off on the paperwork. I figured time would fly so I let it go. I reached out a week prior, to make sure that everything was still on schedule, and was told there was a delay with the transport company. I called again on Friday ( mind you she is not keeping me updated at all, I am calling her) and was told by Lasheena that my truck was in fact on its way from Michigan. Today I go in to get an update, because AGAIN I have not heard from her, and the Internet Director Brent tells me my truck is actually still in Michigan sitting in their warehouse. It was never even loaded for transport!!! In all of this Lasheena was aware that I was on site, and didn't even have the decency to come out and greet me. It's the blatant lying and disrespect for me, as she knew my truck had never even left the warehouse. I'm still paying on a car I technically don't even own anymore, and I won't get reimbursed until AFTER I receive my truck lol It's been almost a month, and I still do not have any definitive answers!!! I will never do business with her again. Brent and Rickie however were very sympathetic and understanding about my situation, and I truly do appreciate them. Chevrolet is trying to make it right so I will hold off on my rating on the dealership as a whole until my situation is resolved to my satisfaction. Scratch that, I had to give a rating for my review to be posted, so I did give 5 stars. Let's hope I don't have to update it. More
