Very hardworking sales group. Called over the day before talked with Karine on exactly what I wanted. Before I even got there I was already skeptical about nimnicht because I had a bad experience with the previous vehicle I purchased from them. Got there at 9 day started good until I had to leave for an hour to go to the vet and have my dog put to sleep. While I was gone the diligently worked to get the financing together for me. Due to my credit score getting the proper financing I needed was a very difficult. So for the next four hours, it was a chess game of the sales team coming up with better deals and me having to turn them down because the payments were a bit out of reach for me. That did not deter the efforts to get the deal and come up with something that I could afford. And the best thing about it, throughout all of this, not once did they ever be anything but polite and do everything they could to make sure I totally understand the situation between my credit score and why the financing was looking the way it was. They did everything they could to ensure that I didn’t make the wrong decision of being in the ever revolving circle of buying another used car and being upside down in financing. At the end Of the day thanks to the hard work karine, Charles, Andrew, and cast of others at nimnicht, I was able to drive away in a brand new 2018 red camaro 1lt. The exact car I wanted with the exact trim and tire package I wanted. Thanks to you guys I’m a first time new car owner. From the moment I walked into the dealership I was warmly welcomed. I had just filed bankruptcy a few months ago and it was just discharged. After getting declined from my credit union I’ve been with for 30 years and had visited one other dealership before coming here and had been so disappointed. We really needed a reliable vehicle and a way to establish new credit. I had spoken to Mr. Powell over the phone but when I headed to the dealership I was still prepared for the typical post bankruptcy speech and attempt to put me in a high mileage used vehicle at an outrageous rate. Mr. Powell asked me what I was looking at and how much I was able to pay and he got to work. At no time did I ever feel pressured or unwelcome by anyone. A few hours later I drove off the lot with a brand new vehicle and the one I wanted. AND at a price I could afford! It’s just been one day later and my wife and I are still looking out the window to make sure we weren’t just dreaming. Thank you for making this families dream come true!! Amazing experience I recently had a really frustrating experience trying to buy a car.
