Best experience yet!! Saw a vehicle we were interested in online. Arrived at the dealership and was greeted very nicely by Andrew. Did not provide the equipment options agreed on in sale. Dealer agreed to provide a nav system with XM radio in a 2018 Equinox at the time of sale. After waiting 5 weeks, the sales department informed me th Dealer agreed to provide a nav system with XM radio in a 2018 Equinox at the time of sale. After waiting 5 weeks, the sales department informed me that they were mistaken when they agreed to equip my car with the nav system because they learned that the equipment was not available for my model. I tried to trade the vehicle back for a vehicle equipped with the nav system, only to be told that it would cost me another $5,000-$7,000 to trade the car they sold me for a vehicle equipped as I had insisted at the time of the original sale. My only recourse was to accept a $1,600 payment, the cost that was added to my original sale price for the nav system that was supposed to be provided in the first place. More

Christmas 2018 I was referred to Craig Powell from several of my family members. Majority of my family members bought there cars through Craig. My car broke down and I was referred to Craig Powell from several of my family members. Majority of my family members bought there cars through Craig. My car broke down and I needed a car like yesterday. With a credit score of 559 I Was turned down by 3 different dealerships. Was prepared to go to Drivetime or a buy here pay here. My cousin said before you do that try Craig Powell. If he can’t get you in a car you might as well go to Mott’s (buy here pay here). Call him close to 1:00 and was approved for a 2018 Chevy Cruze by 5:00. Went to Nimnicht the next day. Awesome experience from beginning to end. Craig is honest and professional. He explained everything every step of the way. More
