I spent several days reviewing my options to lease a car online. This included searching inventory throughout the dealerships located in Nashville as well as the value on my trade in. I was promply greeting by Richard being extremelly friendly and not pushy at all which is a huge bonus in my mind. After searching the inventory they allowed me to demo the car for a couple hours to make sure I was making the right decision on the type of car I wanted. The car was excellent and everything I wanted. I didn't have to haggle back and forth for hours on price. I offered a fair price for the new car as well as the trade in and we worked out a mutually beneficial price. This by far has been the easiest auto purchase I have had and look forward to many more transactions with Richard and Nissan of Cool Springs. More

My wife and I found the exact truck we wanted (2010 Nissan Xterra), on the Nissan of Cool Springs web site. He was very easy to talk to, didn't pressure us, and got us all the information we requested about the vehicle. I called Jonathan on a Friday, and made arrangements for my wife and I to come in that night to see the vehicle. We were not sure we could work a deal, because we had a trade-in that we still owed quite a bit for. We met Jonathan, took a test drive of the vehicle, made the deal, and drove home with the 2010 Xterra that night. The whole process took just a couple hours. It was one of the easiest automobile buying experiences I've ever had. We were stunned at the good deal we received, which included paying off our trade-in in full. We got the financing we were looking for, and the payment we wanted. Jonathan and the finance team even stayed after the dealership closed, to finish our deal. We are very pleased with our Xterra, and will definitely come back to Nissan of Cool Springs in the future. We hope to be able to work with Jonathan again.
