My only complaint was not with the service or employee that handled my car, it was with not being able to get someone to help me program my navigation system. Seemed no one was available or gave me any explanation as to when someone might help. So, I left as my time is valuable too. More

Like the Dealership, but Service Rep needs some training The service person was not polite at all and did not introduce himself. He seemed that he only wanted to do the bare minimum. When I asked about balancing my tires as well as rotating them he told me that I didn't need that service because it was not included in my pre-paid service plan. I told him that I would try it his way but I was bringing it back if I thought it was not right. More
