Richard exceeded my expectations! I was at Cool Springs Nissan yesterday for a routine oil change for my Maxima. Richard Cole was my Service Advisor. He was professional, friendly, a I was at Cool Springs Nissan yesterday for a routine oil change for my Maxima. Richard Cole was my Service Advisor. He was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. One of the things I truly appreciated most about him though was when he told me I needed to change my In-Cabin Microfilter - he was not pushy about it. I told him I would do it next time and he accepted my answer. What a breath of fresh air! I can't tell you how many times I have been at a car dealership in the past and the Service Advisor has been so push regarding additional services and has refused to accept my "no". Richard and I chatted for a few minutes about his extensive experience in the car industry. I mentioned to him that my father had managed car dealerships my entire life. It was a comforting feeling to know that Richard had experience in so many aspects of the industry. Richard is a tremendous asset to Nissan Cool Springs! I had an enjoyable experience with him :) More
