I bought this Nissan SL 2015, I bought them in cash. I paid them even though the car still dirty, they ask me to pay right away. They told me to comeback because they need to do the detailing and shampoo. paid them even though the car still dirty, they ask me to pay right away. We drove the car from Elk Grove to Stockton, but then I forgot my wife have allergy with the cigarette, on our way she kept snizzing and coughing. Then i grab a white cloth to check the sit, it was too dark and really smelled nucotine. The next day I look around inside the car was lots of nicotine my wife grap a wet tissue and wiped it. You can see the tissue was a yellowish. I called and complaining about the detailing told them that the employees did not do the shampoo and the manager kept telling that they diid. Obvoiusly the smell of the car was really smelled cigarette. I asked them if they can request the shampoo again, they said yes but we need to leave the car again, its very inconvenient because we’re using that car and they want us to call Uber for us able to go home. For recovery they gave us a floormat for us not to bother them again after we paid the car in cash. I don’t recommend this dealler cheaters.My husband got no choice so he rented the vaccum from lowes and the water was really black like an old oil from your engine. Service is really bad. More
