We brought our vehicle in initially for reprogramming of codes ,etc.The week prior we had some service repairs done at a" nationally known" auto service.They advised us that the codes needed to be relearned codes ,etc.The week prior we had some service repairs done at a" nationally known" auto service.They advised us that the codes needed to be relearned or reprogrammed.This brought us to what later became a wonderful experience with Elk Grove Nissan .From the first person we met until the last person when we picked up our vehicle{ and all the people in between} ...our experience can be summed up about " our" team with these words :AWESOME..PERSONABLE..PROFESSIONAL..EXCELLENT!!! Great Service. I'm extremely pleased with my last service. My 2 prior visits were frustrating. I was forgotten in the lounge, even though my car was done for some ti I'm extremely pleased with my last service. My 2 prior visits were frustrating. I was forgotten in the lounge, even though my car was done for some time. Jackson was kind enough to give me a complimentary oil change for the inconvenience. The following service I had a appointment, but almost an hour later they had not started on my car due to over booking. I was told it would be done probably around an hour. So I left. I went back in June and explained to Jeremy my frustration of the last 2 appointments. He assured me that I would be taken care of this time, even though I could see they were very busy. In about an hour's time, my oil was changed, complimentary check done, tires rotated, and vehicle washed. The copy of the multi inspection sheet results wasn't attached to my bill, so Jeremy mailed it to my home. THANK YOU JEREMY for making sure everything ran smooth and in a timely manner!!! More
