I told them what my bottom line was, they accepted it and it only took 10 minutes to settle on price. We were going to pay cash and wanted to make a deal and leave and that’s exactly what happened. At the other dealers they tried to give us the run around so we left, lucky we did because we got a better car at a better price! This dealer is an hour and a half to two hours from our home depending on traffic, but I would totally go back the next time I’m in the market for a new car. More

Purchase of our new Altima After looking at cars at other dealerships all afternoon in the hot sun and walking around the lots with the sales people, it was refreshing to be abl After looking at cars at other dealerships all afternoon in the hot sun and walking around the lots with the sales people, it was refreshing to be able to sit down in the cool office with a cold soft drink and discuss what type of vehicle and features we were with Jay. His knowledge of the vehicles and their available features made it so easy for us to narrow down what was important to us. Once we narrowed down the vehicle we were interested in, Jay retrieved the vehicle. We didn't have to walk around the lot at all! During our test drive of the vehicle, Jay covered pretty much everything that was included in the instructional videos that I later viewed. What we liked most about Jay is that we never felt pressured or that he was trying to sell us the vehicle. We purchased a used vehicle 15 years ago from this dealership, and were impressed with the same quality of customer service that we experienced yesterday when purchasing our new vehicle.
