A Pleasant Journey When we began our search for a vehicle, we pretty much had settled on a Nissan Rouge or two similar vehicles from other companies. We test drove all of them, but save Nissan for last. After the test drive of the others, we were now waffling between Nissan and one other. What sold us on the Rouge was the test drive; the features in the Rouge and the highly professionalism of the staff at Nissan Elk Grove. They, basically, made an offer we simply could not refuse. Buying a car has never been a pleasant experience for us. But buy far, this was the most enjoyable one we have had to date. Would I go back to Elk Grove Nissan? In a hearbeat! Kudos to Nguyen Ton and Unel Ramirez who made it such a great experience. More

I went in not knowing what I wanted and he was very knowle I recently purchased a vehicle at Nissan of Elk Grove and was greeted by Guillermo Padilla. I went in not knowing what I wanted and he was very knowledgeable every step of the way. I test drove a few different cars and really felt good about the car I chose. Unlike other dealerships, I did not feel pressure at all when it came to my final decision. I also had my toddler with me and as you may know, they don't sit still or are quite by any means. Guillermo went above and beyond by playing along with his little games and kept him entertained while we did all of the paperwork! A dealership can not get any better then this! More
