Real Customer Service! Brought my wife's car in for a jammed door handle and was greeted by two PROFESSIONAL Service Professionals. It was time to make a purchase on a new car seeing I haven't had one of my own for over a year. Anthony and Mitch were a great help at Nissan of Elk Grove in helping me choose which trim of a Nissan I wanted… they gave me a thorough breakdown of each trim and what the specs of each had. Ultimately, I decided on getting the SR Trim which I am very impressed with! Anthony took me out on a test drive around Elk Grove before making a final decision on the trim and color. Mitch showed me the service area, where to get my car washed, and showed me the ins-and-outs of my vehicle from the LED display on the dash, it's settings, to the manual shift paddles behind my steering wheel. The experience has been great! Way-to-go, NIssan! I'll be recommending this dealership to friends and family from here on out. More

In December of 2016 I called Lee that I'll come to buy the Pathfinder instead of the 2016 model I bought the 2017 Pathfinder and they give me a awesome deal on it and I am happy with my purchase and thanks to Lee Lee for helping me out. Kevin Watkins was friendly, patient and let us talk with no heavy sales pitch or pressure to buy. His finance department worked to get me a loan with a payment that was far less than I was expecting. A few days later I waked into the service department with a few questions and Wesley the service manager was also very friendly and took his time to show me every thing that was done to the car before it was sold. I hate buying cars but I enjoyed my experience with this dealer I might be back for a new car within the next year. More
