Bought a scion at Nissan Well to We'll start off the sales and financing department did a good job to help me get into my 2012 scion xb with 35,000 miles on it. The problem i Well to We'll start off the sales and financing department did a good job to help me get into my 2012 scion xb with 35,000 miles on it. The problem i have is with service on the car. The first oil change was free but when i looked at the paperwork a week or 2 later the wrong oil viscosity was used in the engine so i have my girlfriend call and they say the thicker oil was used because of the higher heat. Which is totally incorrect the cars manual reccomends two viscosity of oil depending on weather temps. So i call them out and get an oil change for free and come to see they didnt change the oil filter which i would be glad to pay for if I was asked even though it should be covered. So ignoring that problem 2 weeks later I have a problem with my car battery and am stranded ans have to call for a jump. I go to O'Reilly to get my charging system checked and it says bad battery and bad alternator. So i call the dealer and they say i have to make an appointment with scion (who i didnt buy my car with)to get my battery and alternator checked and I have to wait 2 weeks. So i wait the two weeks go to scion and am to I need to pay 80 bucks for a diagnostic. So at this point I'm pretty annoyed with the whole situation all i need to figure out is if I need a new battery and why on such a low mileage car it needs it's battery or alternator replaced. So I leave scion and go back to Nissan and explain the situation. The service employee waives the fee for a diagnostic on the battery and I give him my phone # and tell them i will be going to other car dealerships to look at cars. So two hours later I head back into Nissan go into the service department to see what the wait is and am told they will come get me when it's done. so I go back and wait another 40 minutes patiently. At this time my girlfriend gets irritated at the wait time since we have been at the dealership since 7am dealing with this and it is now closing in on noon. So she's goes back talks to the man and she is told it has been done for a while now. So I'm pretty agitated that the department can't communicate with each other when they are sitting 5 feet away from each other. But wait there is more when we bought the car I brought it to the sales associates attention that the tires were mismatch and tread on the fronts were extremely low and was told he would look into it. So you can see my problem i have no problem paying for a car when it's worth it's value but if im having battery problems service problems and tire problems on a low mileage car you can see how i can come off as irtitated with the whole experience. I have called the general manager and hope to get this resolved. I will be posting on yelp bbb and other review sites. More

I am a mid twenties, recent college grad gal who just purchased her very first brand new car (2016 Nissan Rogue SV) and I feel awesome, safe, and very happy! I even named her Lola. At Nissan, Be Yang helped me through the process and made sure my car was in perfect shape before I drove off the lot. He and the rest of the Elk Grove team checked everything and kept an honest, positive attitude throughout the entire process. My dad even said that when the time comes for a new car, he would go back to purchase a car from them and ask specifically for Be Yang and Warren Santos. "Happy" doesn't even come close to describing the emotion of owning your very first brand new car. I'm on cloud nine right now. Great team, honest business, and positive character. If you or someone you know is thinking about buying a Nissan (**hint hint..a Rogue, which is the best vehicle ever!) then I definitely, 110% recommend to go to Be Yang at Nissan of Elk Grove. Shout out to Be Yang and the rest of the team at Nissan of Elk Grove!
