First Time Buying a Car I was more than a little overwhelmed to start my first experience buying a car; however, shortly after arriving at Elk Grove Nissan these fears subsid I was more than a little overwhelmed to start my first experience buying a car; however, shortly after arriving at Elk Grove Nissan these fears subsided. Anthony was knowledgeable and helpful without being over bearing. I did not feel like I was being pressured into making a decision, or up-sold on options I didn't not want. While waiting for financing to process, Anthony checked in on me multiple times, offered me refreshments, and helped me connect my phone to the bluetooth in the car I had chosen. After all the paperwork was signed, I realized I did not have my checkbook on me. Even though it was 9pm, Anthony offered to follow me home, pick up the check, and return it to the dealership for me. I was really impressed with the costumer service I received and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car. More

However, Anthony Glover, my salesman and Joe with Finance helped make it happen for what I needed. I was so happy to be able to drive off (same day) with my Murano. Jeremy was very nice and took the time to help me and answer my questions regarding the parts I was ordering, and made sure that I had everything I needed to get the job done. I was happy to see that the parts I needed were in stock. He then went further and took the time to take one of the parts out and explain the core recharge process and what qualifies a return, then tape it back up. Jeremy then helped me carry the parts out to my truck. I am very happy with the service and will be back for more parts. Thank you Jeremy for all of your help and time, even after closing hours. P.S. He immediately emailed me back and set up an appointment to come see him later that evening. When I arrived he made feel welcome and was not pushy about anything. That was the best part!!! He answered all my questions and so we did a test drive. I liked the vehicle so much I purchased it that night. My kids and wife love the vehicle. I got a great price and even better financing. He was aware that I REALLY wanted and I set up an appointment with Anthony Glover over the internet. The appointment was on a Sunday and his day off. He was aware that I REALLY wanted and needed a car and he agreed to come in. Anthony was patient, and thorough. He answered all of my questions and worked very hard to get me the best price for the car I wanted. I never once felt pressured or a victim of the stereotypical "car salesmen" slick talk. I had done my research before going in, so I know he was being real. Honestly, I went in the dealership with my defenses up, ready to stand firm to not be taken advantage of during the process. However, dealing with Anthony felt like I was buying a car from an old high school friend. With that said, I did spend a very long time at the dealership. I did a lot of waiting but in the end the experience was great. I left hungry, but with the car I wanted! More
