The staff has always been great in my experiences with them and they have always met and/or exceeded my expectations. There is not a “premediated assumptions” vibe like you’d get from other dealerships. They treat all of their [potential] customers the same and welcome them with wide-open arms, regardless if a customer is purchasing or just browsing. I have always been treated with a high level of friendliness, expeditious service, and professionalism. Their customer service is the epitome of what customer services should be. I had an outstanding experience when I purchased my vehicle the day after Thanksgiving. Both the Salesman, Henry Ngo, and Finance Mgr., Sang Chac, were very helpful and both worked expeditiously in completing my deal. It was an in-and -out process. I couldn’t asked for a better service from Henry. He was very knowledgeable, showed a high degree of professionalism, and had a genuine vibe that made the experience that much better. This is my second purchase at Nissan of Elk Grove and unsurprisingly, a better experience than the first. Management/Ownership must know how to recruit top-tier staff because the profound effects of my two experiences have no doubt put Nissan of Elk Grove at the forefront as the go-to dealership when purchasing a vehicle. I once read a quote that states, “The purpose of a business is to create a mutually beneficial relationship between itself and those that it serves.
