Best and Emotional Car Buying Experience I came to the lot looking to buy a used Nissan Versa and fell in love with a 2015 Nissan Versa that was fully loaded and everything I could have wante I came to the lot looking to buy a used Nissan Versa and fell in love with a 2015 Nissan Versa that was fully loaded and everything I could have wanted in a car. With the price range for a used car set in my mind and the loss of my car that purchased only a year and a half ago, it was very hard for me to get over paying for a brand new car. I knew what payments I wanted to make and knew I wanted to put 0 down. With that in mind, Kim did everything she could to get me the car I fell in love with. Towards the end of my exhaustion I was ready to walk out because I was so emotionally drained with trying to figure out exactly what I wanted. Kim and Chang did their best to give me everything I asked for and they very much succeeded. Although the experience was rather emotional towards the end of the road, I walked away happier than I could have imagined. I am just so lucky Kim hung in their with me and recognized that I definitely needed time to figure out the best decision for me. You guys are the best! More
