Service Plus I took my vehicle to have a routine oil change. After completing that transaction, I mentioned that I was interested in information on an extended wa I took my vehicle to have a routine oil change. After completing that transaction, I mentioned that I was interested in information on an extended warranty for my Murano that had had been purchased used from an out-of-town dealer. The service advisor took me to the person in charge of warranty sales to get more info. Unfortunately Mr. Davis was busy and I had another time commitment. I left my name and number and was contacted promptly the next day. When I arrived Mr. Davis had all of the relevant information regarding extended warranties available and costs. I selected a warranty plan and completed the transaction. I mentioned that my vehicle had a number of features that I was unfamiliar with and Mr. Davis took the time to explain them to me. He offered to arrange a tutorial for me to familiarize me with the many features and technology on my Murano. He also told me about the upcoming changes in their service department and proudly told me about the customer-centric culture of the dealership. The owner of the dealership was on site at the time and Mr. Davis introduced me to him. The overall experience was very pleasant and I will recommend this dealership to friends and family (strangers, too)! More

Extremely satisfied! I am inlove with my new 2015 Altima SV! For the second time, I had another great experience with this dealership. Staff is very friendly. I was treated with respect. The place is clean! The kiddie room is awesome! It kept my little one entertained. Mr. Steven Wilcox is amazing! He helped me through everything! From deciding what car I want to getting a great deal. He didn't give up until I get a good deal. I was able to trade in the Sentra I got from a dealership out of state which we found out was wrecked before and I was able to get the 2015 Altima SV with zero down. Mr. Wilcox made the whole process less nerve-wracking and less stressful! On the finance side, Mr. Vu Huynh explained everything I need to know about the contract, payments, GAP insurance and perks I get from getting a brand new car from them.
