Great service department, poor sales I went to the dealership twice, and both times, the sales associate seemed unconcerned as to whether I bought a vehicle or not. This attitude even ca I went to the dealership twice, and both times, the sales associate seemed unconcerned as to whether I bought a vehicle or not. This attitude even carries over to the survey today, in which she couldn't be bothered to actually write my name in the introduction of the email, but rather left it saying, "Customer Name." I also spoke with other people at the dealership over the phone and via email to ask questions about when my other loan would be paid off, and never received responses to my questions. I did receive a phone call asking why I gave low scores in the survey I took, but in regards to my questions, never received responses. Essentially, the customer service leaves much to be desired. I wanted a Nissan because my previous car was a Nissan and the service department is great. However, if this had been my first experience with this dealership, I would never have returned. More

Purchased New Car Nissan helped us get out of a car with negative equity into a brand new 2014 Altima with a manageable payment. The only part of the experience that w Nissan helped us get out of a car with negative equity into a brand new 2014 Altima with a manageable payment. The only part of the experience that was difficult was the wait time to deal with finance. We waited an additional 1.5 hours to meet with finance and it was already 9:00 at that time. In the future, maybe ordering a pizza for the customer or offering some food options other than chips would help keep the customers more patient. More
