Internet sale from Reno Nv. With Jambert Corpus salesman! I am a 62 year old married women who had an awesome Mini Cooper, but fell in Love the the Nissan Juke! I live in Reno Nv. So my choices are limited a I am a 62 year old married women who had an awesome Mini Cooper, but fell in Love the the Nissan Juke! I live in Reno Nv. So my choices are limited and I hate going to car dealerships from the past it is not a great experience. This time being as Calif is so close and they had lots of choices I decided , with the help of my friend who had just bought a new Nissan the same way, to try looking online for the Juke of my dreams. I found a couple and The first one (sorry guys) Future Nissan in, Roseville , wasn't willing to deal with me and not that friendly, so I called Elk Grove as well to see about one of their Jukes and Wow what a difference the minute Jambert Corpus picked up the phone!!! He was instantly friendly, beyond helpful, and very willing to deal and make a sale and get me into my new car! It was like night and day between the 2 dealerships on the phone at least. Not only did Jambert work within my budget, but even took my calls from his Home after work to answer all my questions and make sure I was happy! You just don't get service like that anywhere anymore. What a nice helpful considerate salesman . And that was just a wonderful experience instead of the one I was dreading after my first Nissan phone call. All said and done Since we wanted a couple of add ons to the car, a center armrest and a spoiler on the back, he even worked at Getting those added on and staying within my budget. so just to expedite the process we drove to Elk Grove and looked over the car that Jambert had inside and washed ready for us to view. He Test drove it with with us and even calmed me down when I started having second thoughts about the color, reminding that I loved that color ( and I really did, and then the rest went smoothly. I had sold my Mini the day before, in one day, so I was without a car, Jambert then went and talked to Will in the parts dept. and they both went to work getting my parts speed ordered at no extra cost to me, so they would be in the next day and I could have my car by Monday, this was Thur. I was even presented with a gift bag by Will, also so nice and friendly and helpful. They are going to drive it to me 2 hours away in Reno with a full tank of gas, and first oil change is free. Along with free car washes. Jambert did everything possible to see that I was totally happy with my car and did everything with a smile on his face and a calm not pushy attitude in any way. Really a joy to work with. If you are thinking of getting a Nissan go to Elk Grove and call up Jambert Corpus! He is just a great young man! Also Will in parts was great ! Joe Luiz in finance made the process painless and helped us to choose a extended Warrenty and maintenance plan that was best for us without being pushy, so it didn't even hurt that bad to come up with the extra money and we know it was the right decision for us. He even set up our first oil change appt..Joe also took the time to tell us about a bonus feature you only get with Elk Grove Nissan, and that is instead of the factory 5 yr 60,000 miles power train warrenty, they give you a 10 year 100,000 miles extended power train Warrenty at their dealership only. That was a very nice surprise.. We got to meet the manager Matt Bassett and he too was friendly and wanted to make sure we were happy,'so we told him how great Jambert had been as well! They all just wanted to make sure we where leaving there satisfied customers with no doubts and no regrets. I don't have the car yet but Jambert will bring it to Reno on Monday and you really don't get any easier than that. I wish I could think of more good things to say, that's how happy my husband and I were with Elk Grove Nissan and there staff. Thank you Jambert for all you did and for going above and beyond what I hoped for. Drive my new car carefully! Ha. More
