I live in Carmichael near 3 other Nissan dealerships but drove the 30 miles to Nissan of Elk Grove because of this dealership's SUPERB customer service, professionalism and friendliness. The owner, general manager, sales and finance staff are all a pleasure to work with. Vu, the sales associate, was very knowledgeable about the Nissan brand as well as the differences between my 2011 Nissan 370Z and the new 2014 Nissan 370Z Nismo I planned on buying. The whole staff was patient with me as I test drove several Zs before making my decision. Also, the used car manager and service manager took good care of my trade in. I loved my experience so much that I brought my mom in 2 weeks later to buy a car as well. More

EZ made buying a new car EZ! When I came into the showroom, I knew I wanted to buy a new car, that it had to be a Nissan with good gas mileage and I wanted red. I was thinking pe When I came into the showroom, I knew I wanted to buy a new car, that it had to be a Nissan with good gas mileage and I wanted red. I was thinking perhaps a Rogue. EZ helped me confirm that the Rogue was the right car - 32 mpg! - and they could get a Cayenne Red one from Chico by the next day. I was looking for rebates and 0% financing - neither available - but he did the best he could. EZ patiently explained how the electronics worked, helped me sync my phone to the Bluetooth feature, and showed me all the cool storage features. People buy new cars all the time, but this is my first New new car - even my Frontier had been a dealer's demo - and I was very nervous about spending the money. I still am, but I agree with EZ that I'm going to love this car. Thanks for doing what you do best! More

Rental experience I dropped off my Infiniti for service this morning at the nearby Infiniti dealership. They were out of courtesy vehicles so they contacted Celeste at the Nissan dealership to get me a rental instead. I've been to this dealership a couple of times to pickup oil filters for my Infiniti but have never rented a vehicle from them. Celeste showed up at the Infiniti dealership and came into the customer lounge to personally greet me. She had one of the friendliest smiles I've ever seen. After a brief conversation on the way out to the car and over to the Nissan dealership, I was very impressed with her level and style of customer service. I could've talked to her the entire afternoon, just a great personality. I think people like Celeste will always find great opportunities and be very successful in customer-driven markets. I wish her the best of luck and hopefully will run into her again. More
