My experience at this dealership was flawless. Kelly, front desk receptionist, is so friendly & made you feel at ease. Edwin is courteous, knowledgeable & very informative. He took his time to explain everything which I truly appreciated. He gave me a tour of the facility where I was greeted with friendly faces, Mr. J, from the Service department was one of them. David too, from Finance, is great, he took the time to explain everything to me & I was so comfortable with this part of the purchase. After signing all my documents, Edwin walked me to where I would bring my vehicle for car washes. Free car washes for life! What?! Too awesome! Then the reveal of my detailed car with a huge red bow. I asked Edwin to take a picture & he was happy to. Before driving my new vehicle off the lot, Edwin explained some of the features inside the vehicle which was helpful.
