I had a very bad experience there on my last visit - a service tech person accosted me and my colleague while I was picking up my truck. He behaved in a threatening and menacing manner towards both of u service tech person accosted me and my colleague while I was picking up my truck. I spoke with the service manager Chris about the incident but was not left with the impression that he considered this issue to be very serious. I let him know that in my opinion the service tech whom I had this run in with was a big liability for your dealership. If I was a manager at your dealership- that employee would have been fired that day. More
