Unorganized, and staffs are very disrespectful. Full of sarcasm towards customers in regards of questions. A guy came and stepped in to see in what way he’s able to help my situation since the guy Full of sarcasm towards customers in regards of questions. A guy came and stepped in to see in what way he’s able to help my situation since the guy that was assigned to assist my car was not being helpful at all with all his sarcasm he was using to answer my questions. I was given a time and day to take my vehicle in for service I mentioned how I cannot leave my car over night, they proceeded to schedule me just for me to arrive and get told my car has to stay. When I specifically mentioned that wasn’t possible when I booked my apt. Manager was no where to be found when I asked to speak them. They gave me a call back number to try to reach him More
