My car was there too long and the job was incomplete! 7:45-3:30 Paid for a new battery that wasn’t put in, I was ignored by my service’s rep until one of the mechanics informed him that the car battery 7:45-3:30 Paid for a new battery that wasn’t put in, I was ignored by my service’s rep until one of the mechanics informed him that the car battery wasn’t changed. The new battery was installed but the manager never came out to speak to me and the sales rep wrote a note on the back of a cart saying I could get two free oil changes and tire rotation. Not to mention my tires was supposed to me rotate it and air pressure checked but the Very next day low tire air pressure light came back on and I a nail was in my trie. And I know the narrow had been there prior to my visit to Nissan because I had put air in the tire two days before services. I informed my sales rep that the tires needed to be checked because the light was on two days ago. I’m convinced that my tires were never rotated because why didn’t anyone see the nail in the tire. It took my boss two seconds to realize that there was a nail in the front passenger tire just from returning the wheel. I was very displeased with my services at Nissan of Torrance. More
