Communication, politeness, gives the client the sense of security and confidence, greets the clients with smile (even though was 7:30am), basically 101 human communication skills which is lacking so much nowadays. Schedules an appointment at 7am for an oil change. Waited and didn't get my car back until 9:45am. I was the first car. I was told mechanics don't come into 8am.
