The service was very poor and unfortunately before I left my attitude was also poor. I arrived at 745am and left at 10:10am bcuz my keys could not be found and the car never got wasted. The service that I received from Mr. Burns was impeccable, his very knowledgeable, professional, and took the time out to explain everything that was going on and made me great recommendation. Never replied to my emails about my awful service : (I Never replied to my emails about my awful service : ( I purposely made an appointment for 7:15am (the earliest appointment) for an oil change belie Never replied to my emails about my awful service : ( I purposely made an appointment for 7:15am (the earliest appointment) for an oil change believing it would be an "in/out" experience (no more than 1 hour). When I arrived at 7:15am I proceeded inside the shop and was greeted by Manny. It was than when he told me it would take over 2 hours for an oil change. This was very difficult to believe as other Nissans take roughly 45 minutes for a scheduled appointment oil change. I told Manny most likely I will not return to Nissan Torrance as over 2 hours for the first appointment of the day for an oil change seems unreasonable. As I was the only person waiting in the waiting room for most of time at 8:45am my car was sitting outside ready to go but no one came over to me to tell me. I proceeded to the front desk walk-in and not one person was in front for over 10 minutes. I than asked the young female at the desk in the back if they can help me or find Manny. at that point it took 15 minutes for Manny to come back from "moving his own car". This added over 30 minutes to my oil change time. Unfortunately, this experience was not what I was expecting from Nissan Torrance. More

I love the way my car drives but the navigation and music system doesn't work 3 quarters of the time. I brought my car in to have them fix it and they said they did I came to pick it up and I still had the system doesn't work 3 quarters of the time. I brought my car in to have them fix it and they said they did I came to pick it up and I still had the exact same problem. I called them up and my service guy left me on hold. I waited 15 minutes and then decided to hang up. I called and asked them to have him call me back and he never did. It's been about a week. I don't think they care if my problem gets fixed. Meanwhile I'm pulling out my hair every day when I get in my car and need to know how to get somewhere and I have to fuss with the navigation for 15 minutes and sometimes it will work and sometimes it won't. If it wasn't for the navigation system, I would love my car, but because of it, I hate my car! More
